Senate Bill 2109 is dead. We thank you all for your support to stop this bill.
We will be posting news links to the many articles written regarding Senate Bill 2109, which the Hopi Traditional and many Dine (Navajo) people are against.
Navajo and Hopi have voted against the water settlement. However, the Hopi Chairman continues to push this through, without proper authority. The Hopi have NOT approved this BILL. The Chairman is acting of his own accord, with a handful of people, while breaking Hopi Law to do so. Until this BILL is stopped on the Senate floor, we ask that you please continue to show your interest and support to protect Hopi/Navajo/Aboriginal rights to water. Thank you.
Here is an opportunity to give a greater understanding of the issues we face with our struggles to hold the balance of the world, to maintain our way of life and to continue our Ancient and Sacred Ceremonies.
Return to this page often, as we continue to add current news links to stop BILL 2109!
